Shipping & Deliveries

Usual delivery times are from 24 to 72 working hours for Portugal, 3 to 7 working days for the Archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores and 1 to 3 working days for the rest of Europe. Delivery forecasts may always be delayed due to logistical difficulties, carrier delay, delivery requirements related to address (location) and/or unexpected out of stock items.

The Eugénio Campos Jewels Team processes all orders with speed and care, guaranteeing the dispatch of those processed (paid) up to 2 pm on the same business day, except for customizations or items with production notice.

Upon delivery by the carrier, the carrier must provide proof of receipt to be signed by the User or by the person who is duly authorized to receive the order. Assuming, for all purposes, that any person who is at the delivery location indicated by the User is empowered to receive the order. It is the User's responsibility to guarantee the presence of a person at the address to receive the items, and no prior notice from the carrier is required.

We currently do not ship to countries outside the European Union. Delivery that uses DHL's premium shipping service has added security and control. Outside the EU, it is always subject to the payment of customs duties of each destination country, at the responsibility of the user.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the User, varying between countries. Eugénio Campos Jewels will always have the legitimacy and possibility to exempt the user from shipping costs.

Eugénio Campos Jewels has as transport partners: CTT, DPD, MRW and DHL, companies providing normal and express mail services. Check the express service times here:

Technical Assistance

 

Customers of Eugénio Campos Jewels' online boutique benefit from the brand's dedicated and official Technical Assistance. This service is available exclusively to customers and jewelry purchased online, under warranty or out of warranty.

In order to receive official technical assistance, the following procedures must be followed:

Upon arrival, the Eugénio Campos Jewels team will carry out a quality control process on the item(s), validating the framework of your Technical Assistance.

Once accepted, the following rules apply:

  • Technical Assistance under Warranty: Eugénio Campos Jewels will carry out technical assistance on your jewel free of charge. See warranty conditions.
  • Out-of-warranty technical assistance: The Eugénio Campos Jewels team will issue a prior estimate for the technical assistance of your jewel. This quote always has a minimum value of €3.70 (VAT included) for packaging and shipping costs.

  • The cost of post-service deliveries is as follows: 3.70€ for pick-up points (lockers, stationery shops, among others), 4.40€ for standard delivery to an address, 4.60€ for CTT registered deliveries.

 

In short, as soon as we receive your jewel, it will be taken care of and sent immediately for assistance. You will receive information if a quote is required (if this is not included in the guarantee conditions). All technical assistance, in or out of warranty, has a minimum charge of €3.70 for packaging and shipping costs. Finally, we also recommend that you consult the recommended care for your jewelry and the respective warranty conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Eugénio Campos, Lda provides an premium service to its customers, offering a service that allows you to exchange your items within 30 days or to return within 14 days from the date of purchase. Gift bags are non-refundable.

To exchange or return items, please follow these steps:

Upon arrival of the returned items Eugénio Campos Jewels team will evaluate the article (s), validating their exchange or return.

After accepting the same exchange or return, the following rules are applied:

  • Exchanges: If you exchange it for a higher value item, you will be charged the additional amount or the remaining value for lower value items. The value will be returned through the same initial payment methods.

  • Returns: after return and internal acceptance, Eugénio Campos Jewels returns the amount through the same means of payment that was used by the consumer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the client does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Gift bags are non-refundable.

Additional Information:

  • Regarding personalized or made-to-order items, Eugénio Campos, Lda doesn´t accept any exchange or return.

  • If the user send one or more items for exchange or return he´s responsible for for the proper use, safety and shipping of the products. Eugénio Campos Jewels doesn´t take charges of any damage or injury resulting from this transportation process.
